Cruise Dec. 2007

I just got back from my latest cruise! It was really nice, but not as great as my last cruise. The difference? I beieve the cruise line. Carnival just didn't measure up to Royal Carribean. The Carnival food was nothing special, on Royal Carribean I remember being excited about what might be on the menu for that evening. As well as the entertainment, Carnival just didn't wow us the way Royal Carribean did. Overall, it was still pretty good, I was in great company w/my husband and his family. Only thing missing were my dogs. We had their Vet watching over them, so I knew they would be fine, but I still missed them. The best part of the vacation? Snorkeling in Cozumel:

My Dogs - Max & Leeloo

My two beautiful black labs are so spoiled! I'll do anything for them. We take them on road trips to Austin (its only 1 1/2 hour drive) so they can enjoy the water dog parks. Its always fun!

Here is a picture of my dogs swimming at the Bullcreek park in Austin:

Here is max, he can't deny how spoil he is:

Today I ordered handmade soap for them from http://www.kopah.etsy.com/, I can't wait to get it. I'm sure it will be great!

Jewelry Making

I have many interests, and can never sit still for too long without getting bored. That said, I am always looking for something 'new' to do. That something is usually creating new pieces of jewelry. At times I deviate from jewelry making and go on to one of my other interest such as baking/cake decorating or maybe I'll be reminiscing and work on my scrapbook. But there is always something for me to do, I grew up believing, 'I can do all things through God who gives me strength', and I still believe there is nothing I can not do. If there is something I want to do, I don't hesitate; I go out and learn the tools of the trade and get started.
